I absolutely agree. The problem is not that. The problem is private corporations are not citizens but they have the same rights as citizens and yet they have ridiculously more power than citizens. The “voting by your wallet” sounds good when there’s reasonable store-front competition. But not at these obscenely powerful levels. Corporations with powers greater than most governments? You shouldn’t have to have a “revolution” with your wallet everytime you don’t like a corporate policy. It’s absurd and yet here we go. Many governments we fight they’re just called big corporations.
