Deep meditation / lack of sleep / certain foods can also act as psychedelics as well. Mindset. Or having certain brain configurations. I _can’t_ close my mind. So, I’m constantly rebuilding temporary walls to control the inflow when necessary but when all is well, I can just let it all in. It’s nice when it happens, which is nearly always environmental.
