I like your philosophy. Translating it into my ontology (system of relations for “what is” that I name), I’d call it a philosophy of changes, whereby change is discrete rather than continuous.

It’s a computational outlook, basically. Very Church/Turing.

I don’t place numerosity “at the base of everything that is” BUT I respect it and find it to be a fantastic modeling tool that humans use.
