I had my TARDIS parked across the street in my home now in Florida but unfortunately the cloaking device *did* work in 2002 and I’d been searching for it ever since. But I came close in 2017 to connecting to two time ships, so very close, but I had my STOP BITS wrong and they did not line up completely and really, I don’t know what happened after that.
