How to create a virtual environment of reality from your phone and convert old movies to 3D virtual reality

Make an app makes a point cloud of the environment from my phone’s camera, maps the corners, edges, vertexes, colors, whatever, calculates the depths, and then lets me walk through it on my computer.
PLEASE!?  We’re so close to that now.
After that, please use what you learned from that experience to create a converter for old movies that does the same thing, along with a speedy immersive engine, so I can walk virtually around any movie set or movie ever made.
