Homelessness/drug addiction/etc could have been solved long ago. The funds are there. Nobody will agree to it. It’s socialist. It’s communist. It’s invasion of their private rights. It’s excuses, excuses. They’ll gladly spend millions on uncomfortable benches they can’t sleep on and other mitigation efforts than fix it. But there’s a very good reason they keep homeless around INTENTIONALLY. They have to make homelessness VERY BAD so that we agree to pay high real estate prices.
