History is written by those who write history that successfully gets passed down. That is not always the victors, not at all.
You simply have to be able to pass on your story. American Civil War? The losers wrote a lot of things that they consider history.
So, point one ain’t necessarily so.
Point two isn’t even real. It’s a Western superhero trope or a political rallying quote.
it’s long term. They’re working on Abortion, which is an easy mark. From there it will be banning contraception.
Once contraception is not available for women to get, they will be unable to legally prevent getting pregnant.
Once in that state, it can be justified that they won’t be able to work because they can’t operate in the same capacity as men and if they can, at much lower rates of pay, just like the old days, etc.
yeah, that’s the crisis they’re trying to save the world from – and use this opportunity to be sure it’s their own brand of religion that does it.
You see the same kind of desperation for converts among more radical Islamic groups; they’ll use all kinds of recruitment tactics to get involvement.
Lots of Christian groups use memes for example; they’ve been a staple in attempting to get conversion among the young – the tradCath mostly but some Orthodox, although I see the work done by the evangelicals to be more “retention” – making sure the christian evangelicals stay with their church through the memes rather than gathering extreme converts]
evangelicals are cult-like already so it’s not really that hard. Their “us against the world” platform is indoctrinated from birth on, combined with a very animalistic dog-eat-dog mentality
