Fundamental differences here. In this model, the dominant can never relax because unless there is some kind of automated hierarchy preserving system functioning like a set of laws with police forces, or guard dogs or whatever – there will always be the possibility that the “themselves enforcing structures” will crumble due a failure to apply coercion appropriately at the correct timing, resulting in tumbling down
