Here was the impetus. People rarely ask, so I rarely say. You asked so I’m glad to say.
Everybody gives their opinions online freely. So I thought, early 2015 me thought,
“What is an example of actualized opinion?”
Political power. In political power, your opinion can carry the weight of decree, doctrine or law.
So, they declare their opinions, unafraid, “As if” they were President of Earth, saying “How The World Should Be For All People”, declaring which people should stay. Which people should go. Which are the good people. Which are the bad people. Which traits are positive. Which traits are negative.
And I do the same.
So, what would I do if I really _was_ President of Earth?
And so I explored that possibility and put on the persona of President of Earth, mostly for Vine videos on occasion.
One day, I looked up “President Udut” and up came this “infobox” showing it as a Fact: Kenneth Udut is President of Earth.
I’d check once in a while to see if it stayed and it did.
Mind you, I wasn’t TRYING to do that. But I _did_ have experience previously in search engine optimization, so I probably unconsciously used the keywords the right ways in the right places. And it was the first time I’d seen an “Fact box” like that.
Pleased, i was careful not to use the words “President Udut” or anything like that for a while, talking ‘around it’ but not directly, just so it would stay.
But after about 9 months of it, I decided I’d go back to the mentioning it directly, which jiggled the search results and knocked it out of the fact box and back into the regular search result world.
That was fine; i didn’t ‘want it’ to be on top. But that it was was a happy fluke.
I’d toy with the absurdity in conversations; I’d use my polities I decided I would use as President of Earth and carried into conversations online, really not being any different than I am now, the only exception is that I would occasionally explain my policies as President of Earth to anyone who would listen and sometimes, why I did it for the rare person who asked.

Other examples of actualized opinions besides politics would be religious leaders, Thought leaders, youtubers, philosophers, authors, etc. Their opinions are not just “one person’s opinion” because they carry extra weight, weight that’s afforded them through their social positions we give them or they take

Everything continues as it does in whatever way that is People continue with whatever levels of autonomy they have in whatever circumstance they are in.
Currency is allowed and it is whatever currencies they use now or might invent in the future.
I grant titles freely; and multiple people can carry the same title. But there is no need to report to me unless they wish to and they can report to me at anytime about anything they like and I will try to listen.
I will not endorse wars but I will not stop them either if that is how these nations are running things; they must decided freely of their own accord what to do and not do.
