 although one could characterise the internet culture as feminine, particularly that it was born out of institution (military institution and academic institution alike are both feminine in their shaping and birthing of people’s way of thinking) so from that view, she was not prophetic but shaped it during its move from institution to the beginnings of public usage around 1993, by that point its character firmly established.
