He’s off in Taiwan right now, apparently knows and Taiwan authorities will ship him back when they find him.
But from a youth rights perspective: I see a few distinct issues:
a) mandatory reporting. Counselor was bound by law to report.
b) Running a business without a license under 18
c) Body rights.
d) Right to association.
e) Is it exploitation? Why or why not?
f) Is she running her own sex trafficking business, prostitution or was it receiving a monetary gift?
