Heard about something called “Non-standard analysis”, also known as “infininitesimal analysis” from that “Mathematics 1001” book I got from the library. So, I looked them up on Wikipedia, clicked through a few “related topics”, ended up noticing this book in the footnotes of a page and downloaded it. I’ll give it a shot. I didn’t do well in Calculus as it was my senior year and I had a major case of senior-itis in most of my classes. I like the idea that it’s “intuitionist” and constructionist as I’m finding that way of looking at things works better for me, even if it’s non-standard at present. We’ll see if I get past page two.
