Had fun investing long ago.
1999-2002, “Enron era” where they published books like “Dow at 30,000” which I didn’t believe then dot com bust then 9/11.
I was a contrarian so I did well. Whatever everybody else was doing or suggesting I tried to think of what they weren’t thinking of
Helped me pay towards building a house here and I moved here to FL and I was able to pick away at the stocks til around 2014 down to $0.
That was my stock experiment in life and it was fun
I did it like a DRiP — investing slowly like Warren Buffett but really being aware of volatility like George Soros.
Investors are always somewhere in between the two philosophies.
Its fun. Enjoy it.
