Kefir is really really good stuff. It makes fantastic smoothies — cheap frozen strawberries from Walmart plus whatever much sugar you want, plus the kefir, makes killer smoothies. And it makes a yogurt ice cream IN THE BLENDER that’s better than yogurt ice cream (smoother and creamier). I made a roasted garlic dip out of it, replaced the water in a bread recipe with kefir (tasted like sourdough bread) – I love the stuff. “
