There is no room for a notion of a generic “european-american” because once you scratch the surface, you’ll find a hierarchy of “european american” in America itself that is not homogenous except when it’s politically convenient, such as recently.

 Are you referring to the UN encouraging reduction in family sizes in their efforts to eliminate poverty since the 1950s?
