FYI: I’m more a “human rights watch” kind of guy than anything. Although I’m a few years behind. I used to check the USA’s report card every year (but I’ve skipped the last 3-4 years I think). I may not agree 100% with all of the HRW values but they are a good guideline to do measuring with across nations – and my only interest is the USA.
