Forcing people to play fair, often results in payback. Be careful.

fairness is worth the effort. People who are *forced* to play fair, though, play “payback” in other ways that aren’t covered under laws, regulations, ‘rights’.

It’s like in middle school; you can get the girls to stop teasing in the hallways, but then they’ll set you up for failure in other ways, undetected.

So, as long as you’re willing to deal with the unexpected, by all means, fight. But remember that, to them, you’re just another tenant and replaceable. You know you’re special but they don’t.
