For free you can upload your raw results (a big text file you download from your DNA supplier) and it lets YOU chose whatever ethnicity calculations you want to. It has all of them, including all of the ones with African focus, one with Jewish focus, some focused on far off ancestry and others with newer ancestry. It’s not for relative matching really but it’s free and can make up for any deficiencies in whatever DNA test place you use for the ethnicity thing. It’s sort of complicated but not really.
