1/2 deaf / 1/2 blind from birth, hearing only up to 5000 hz in “good” ear, other ear useless. Right eye has no central vision + some other things. Was glad to hit mid 40s to get a TINY BITfarsighted [or a tiny bit less nearsighted] because now I can actually *do* some things without needing glasses (like using my iPhone — before, I’d have t hold it 1/2 an inch from my face – now I can hold it at a reasonably not-so-strange distance away and use it – no more glasses in bed.
Didn’t have the colorblind thing though. For me, I found processing information differently than a lot of people around me built some of my perception of the world and what interests me. Did you find something similar with colorblindness?
