For inspiration, I suggest looking at the wiring diagrams and charts of security cameras that are designed to track movement.

Alas, my playing around consisted of loading a few demos, understanding the controls and the UI somewhat (not enough for my liking), and hacking around here and there. [well, poking, not even hacking].

For the multiple perspectives, you need multiple cameras. Linking the camera together with the same target as the camera of the player (their virtual eyes) will give you simultaneousity of multiple perspectives I believe.

Unless you’re talking about a single view seen “rendered vs the Matrix” way – that *should* in theory be easier to do, but unforutnately I don’t have the knowledge of Unreal 4 or any of them to really be helpful… I just understand the concepts.
