I’m not saying we need to fill this out or that these questions are any good; I’m no good at this stuff. But I noticed similarities and differences between each of the five people’s ideologies. There’s terminology differences; and highlighting different features. But there’s likely features that are distasteful in common, features that are tolerable even if not ideologically perfect, features that are intolerable and need to change. Someone could come up with better questions than I. I think there’s even standard forms for this kind of thing with good standardized questions that work in these kinds of situations. But my point is there’s tools available that are ideology free in themselves (unless there’s a winner-take-all in debate in which case this kind of conceptual tool doesn’t work)
