Fluoride does nasty things to silicon like human skin. Totally incompatible. So skin is definitely a reactor to liquid Fluoride.
CRISPR is great for DNA salad. Not only does it stay crunchy but allows quick chopping up of DNA allowing for quick screening, comparing and recombining. It’ll be great for repairing broken zippers.
Stem cells go without saying but I will: Marvelous potential for repair.
Nuclear pulse propulsion: definitely. There will be waste but given the amount of space, the pollution should be negligible although users should be aware of it and keep track, when we get to that point, with an eye to improvements in recycling, which I expect will someday be possible.
Terraforming: I stick to Minecraft for that generally.
