First list: What went wrong? Be specific. Next list; What went right? Be specific. Next list; What results are you unsure about? Next: What things didn’t matter at all? Add to each list as you think of them. This works for personal projects, family proejcts, business projects, school projects. It’s called Project Forensics or Autopsy. You will learn a lot by pausing to reflect before moving on to the next project.
P.S.: A project is made up of a bunch of tasks. A task is a simple job – a project involves a number of steps (tasks). Vacation planning is a project – pumping gas in the car is a task.
