Rice and beans. Onions if they’re cheap.

Spaghetti and canned sauce. [dirt cheap in USA], although it’ll make you fatter than rice and beans.

Peanut butter & Jelly on cheap bread (common staple in USA)

Cheese and … served with something else to keep you from getting constipated from eating all that cheap cheese
or
Soup. Toss whatever cheap stuff you got into it. Make from broth cubes.
or
protein shakes.
or
something from chicken eggs.
or
something from Greek Yogurt
