Every moment of every day it’s an opportunity for yourself. It is an opportunity to apply what you are learning. Every moment of every day.
How do you keep from being kooky?
Yes, you will eventually have to research how the monks and nuns do it. You will have to study transcendental meditation. You will have to study Buddhism. There is no escape from this because they have figured it out. But, you need to not use them for your work. It needs to be completely agnostic.
Is only at that point that you have an agnostic workable system, if it becomes popular, then you can write separate books applying each of the systems that exist and incorporate your ideas into it. For example a guide for Catholics. A guide for biologists. Etc. etc.
For those, you would need one representative from each of the disciplines who also is a user of your system.
But, this system needs to be universal. It needs to be transformational. It needs simply to be that idea that needs to come
And, if you do find somebody who has already done it, then by all means make use of it. And then you could be an advocate for them.
