Even installing “free thought” (which I agree with), is still a form of indoctrination. I don’t think there’s an escape from it.

Would it be an objective substitute though? to me, it’s preferred by the person subjecting the child doing the learning. I don’t see how it is objective but rather a “different subjective”, swapping one for another.

That’s not to say that perhaps one indoctrination isn’t better than another: it may be. But it’s still instilling a system that’s the parent considers superior… or the state… or whatever is doing it.
