There are many ways to look at it: I added a new post about portions: So, imagine eating your favorite comfort food, but at an anorexic’s portion? You’d proportionately lose weight. Or, eat the volume you’re used to, but of the anorexic foods and you’d lose weight. Or if you want to gain weight (as an anorexic) incorporate a few items from the “American comfort food” diet into your daily eating., perhaps at portions that you are comfortable with. Or increase the portions of your current diet. See, many ways to take the information and use it. “
