The coin has another side. In recent years, the development of civilization is faced with serious difficulties, exacerbated by the global problems. Attempts to solve them do not lead to a noticeable success. All clearly proves the inability of the human mind to find solutions to many pressing problems of our time. The latter include: continuous armed conflicts, massive military spending, the spread of nuclear weapons, crime, overpopulation, poverty, social upheavals, religious extremism, environmental pollution, the thinning ozone layer, dangerous processes in the biosphere, the growth of greenhouse gas emissions, global warming and the possible sea ​​level rise, the exhaustion of non-renewable resources, the NEO hazard and so on.

To solve these problems required an unprecedented effort. The role of intelligence in the fate of the world is becoming crucial – without purposeful interference of the mind, the mind of all mankind, to resolve the tangle of problems in a reasonable time is unlikely. However, it must be noted that the current intelligence of humanity is too weak and clearly inadequate to address such challenges. As a result, the situation is often out of control, causing severe negative consequences of local or global. Price errors, omissions and weaknesses of intelligence has become unacceptably high.

GOAL – Significant improvement INTELLIGENCE

It can be assumed that the improvement of intelligence can make a significant contribution to the solution of global problems, to overcome the systemic crisis of civilization. With these and other considerations put forward in the book “Strategic Intellectual Initiative”, which aims – a significant strengthening of human intelligence. It will dramatically increase the intellectual power of society, to speed up the solution of many vital problems which today can not be the solution.

Materials and proposals contained in the book – the result of 40 years of intensive studies that have shown that human intelligence can indeed be improved. Applying described in the book, and other similar methods of practice, the author repeatedly convinced that they work, and work effectively. Thinking about it led to the conclusion that large-scale reform of intellectual labor.

Unfortunately, the problem of improving the intelligence is in the shade. Modern society is virtually ignores it, not considering the question of improving intelligence priority.
