No fancy stuff required. Just technique is enough. The fancy words are just tools to get you there but the process itself is easier than diarrhea.

Been doing it since I was 11. Had to. Anxiety control.
Try this:
Wait until you have to go pee.
Then get a glass of water.
Drink while you are peeing.
It feels as if the flow is going through you.

It’s not so different than that and that’s an easy simulation of the experience.
