Ah yes. Generational wealth and parent’s networking leading to easy no-work ceo positions
—
Does anybody actually belive that CEOs work harder?
Really?
You work less the higher up you go. THAT’S WHY you want to be up higher. To work less.
—
Are they risking a stable home, comfort-of-living level or is that squared away?
How does that compare to the workers risk?
\—
CEOs are usually adopted from other companies. It’s a very small circle as a whole.
Entrepreneurs tend to start with a wealth cushion under them. Any risk is mitigated automatically by having a healthy cushion to fall back on, usually family money or a networking cushion.

There are a few exceptions but others use them as “stolen valor” for their own stories.
