Do you trust your memory? According

^Do you trust your memory? According to Fuzzy Trace Theory, we have two kinds of #memory – "Verbatim" – which is exact and word for word – and "Gist"; a vague fuzzy idea. We tend to believe gist over verbatim, even when its wrong. And we easily get them mixed up. It's the source of false memories, exaggerating and we're not always aware of it. But I believe you CAN work on it and strengthen your 'gist' memory by being open to being wrong sometimes. What do you think? Do you trust your memory?^
