I decided to keep the pulp and do it raw. You can keep the pulp, or strain it out. Roast, or cook the peppers first, or leave them raw. Boil the vinegar or not. Cook it or not. plain, apple cider, rice, balsamic, vinegar. Let it ferment, make it pickled, or keep it cold. It’s up to you. Your choice. Check it out. Ken.
