^Do you fit the stereotype of your age?
Toddlers: 0-3
Preschoolers: 2-5
Kids: 6-8
Tweens: 9-12
Teens: 13-15

Then it's like 16-18, 19-34, 35-50, 51-65, 66-80, 81+ – something like that.

TV Ads and Shows are created for certain ages, even if they don't say it.

Advertisers and the people that make TV Shows want you to watch; and tell your parents to buy things for you. (or you to buy it yourself if you have your own money)

If there's a show you like, and you want everything in the ads; that means they're targeting YOU! They're spending a lot of money and using the latest in science to try to read your mind – and convince you to think how they want you to.

It's just the way things are done. I don't think it's bad or good, but I find it interesting. Every time I hear a song in the supermarket that is one I grew up with, I know that supermarket WANTS me to stay there longer to buy more stuff. I notice stuff like that – since I was like 8 I think. I'd yell back at the TV sometimes, angry at the ads for trying to talk me into something… and sometimes succeeding. I still do it; although I don't yell out loud anymore; just in my head.

"Oh nuuu you're not gonna hook me … but dang that looks like a nice car….. no no no.. no.. NO….STOP….." lol^
