It is experiencing. What are the things that are moving and interacting at whatever scales, tangible and intangible that is experience? Experience from one’s own perspective is valuable because we have ready access up to a point. It’s also valuable to try and see what others see. I consider the views of science to be valid as I do personal experience. How do I judge which is better? That depends on the merits of each at the time.
