d for the OBSERVATION to take place, INFORMATION MUST FLOW OVER TIME

*sigh*. An observer is a subject that can be objectified.
An object with no information flow does not exist because no time flows without information flow. Not bad philosophy. It’s emergent phenomenon. Basic stuff.

There is no OBSERVER without an OBSERVED and for the OBSERVATION to take place, INFORMATION MUST FLOW OVER TIME. That’s where the importance of the dative comes into play as a descriptor.

It’s a change of perspective from the observer/observed to the phenomenon’s perspective. It’s not an abstraction – it’s a description.
[although, yes, a description *is* an abstraction *if* you believe in the platonic realm…. I don’t. This author does not.

One can equally say “Time flows over Information”. They’re emergent. Linked.
