If so, there’s arrangements of uncertainty and unpredictability that are known – some of them anyway.
In a sense, all systems, including ordered ones are unpredictable and uncertain. Chaos is the rule. Order usually requires ignoring a lot of stuff that would make it chaotic if factored in.
