Carbon is part of a CYCLE. “ppm (or % if you like) of CO2 in the atmosphere” matters for the FUNCTIONING OF THAT CARBON CYCLE. Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, they all do their own things. Carbon does ITS own thing. I’m not even a Global Warming guy. Let us all go underwater if that’s what humans want. I just don’t like people misleading people, whether intentionally or not.
