Can’t logically go back to intent, if the intender wasn’t “intending rationally”. Methinks the courts needs an upgrade. It’s got a systemic flaw.

.. I think _maybe_ we might have all together figured it out: The courts don’t know what to do with psycho-bitch-type behavior and it’s equated with insanity. Fascinating! There’s a paper in here somewhere to be written. Too lazy tho’.

and, as the modern court system was shaped during the “Age of Reason”, where there was a dichotomy between “reason” and “emotion” that became a “fixed belief” within the courts…. it’s logical that there’s no room for “irrational” behavior. Can’t logically go back to intent, if the intender wasn’t “intending rationally”.

Methinks the courts needs an upgrade. It’s got a systemic flaw.
