Can’t believe in EIGHT YEARS I neglected DIRECTLY looking at procedural memory. It WAS hiding in ONE NOTE on my first iPhone that I had backed up: What unlocked it was a “side note” in an article I read today about inattentive ADHD and how they’re generally really GREAT at procedural memory / long term memory because those are INTACT, even if training them can be a little different than typical.
