They do recommend vaccination:
“Can homeopathy provide an alternative to vaccination?
There is no evidence to show that homeopathic medicines can be used instead of vaccination. The Faculty of Homeopathy recommends that immunisation is carried out in the usual way, unless there are strong medical contraindications.”
But yeah, they’re ‘classic homeopathy’ – a greatly diluted form of potent things.
What makes it tricky is that there ARE good medicines that have been derived from this methodology.
a lot of it isn’t. I don’t have a problem with the way we do it in the USA; Over the counter, only regulated enough so that nobody dies from taking it hopefully (sort of) – in short, like food. But in England there’s a whole industry surrounding it that’s treated as equal to medicine.
So that makes it a much different situation. I don’t have a problem with people doing it generally speaking, but having it sanctioned and paid for as equal is different.
