I had to look it up but yes, it was part of a project I did in 2013 and 2014. I wanted to give a “shoutout” to every capital city of every nation on Earth. So long night in 2013, I went through all 195 countries, one at a time, making a 6 second of each with music in the background.
A year later I did the same with states and because my “big eyeball” got a positive response from people who liked my Vines, I used it as I named each capital city in the US with state and paired with random music I found. In this case, I was on some Hobbit music when I came onto your state.
Each Vine had the #hashtag which was a common way to organize data at that time, so anytime somebody searched for the keywords, my shoutout would show up and I got a “hey, thank you for mentioning my state or country” and get curious about other things I did, which increased subscribers.
But mostly I did it as a fantasy “What would I do if I was President of Earth?” and one of the things I would do is name every capital city of every nation and call them out as to say “I see you and thank you”
