The only reason the tiniest bit of what I would consider should be proper procedure has taken place at all in george floyd is:
1) cameras. the only way we know what happened closest to real.
2) intense worldwide outrage not just over his but every area had their own local cases
3) a years worth of reminders that “it shouldn’t be a normal thing”
and it had to fight against status quo: “wasn’t much of a loss”, “must’ve died of anything else but”, and out and out lying.
now, I did not follow the court because to me, it should’ve been an internal police matter.
it shouldn’t have been a public spectacle
And it should’ve had a similar result to the jury decision.
but it took all of that
all of that
just to convict one cop in one case for an obvious thing.
