Relaxation is a good thing.
So is a small amount of stress. That is also a good thing.
Meditation is nice; you can do it while you breath and carry about your day.
If focusing on chakras helps? I don’t see the harm. it’s just a method to get there for some people.
Are there really chakras?
I suspect there’s muscle tensions in certain parts of of the body with which relaxing them helps you. Call them “knots” although it’s more like spasms that are fast and appear frozen.
[that’s how we hold steady – back and forth muscle spasming that’s controlled, for lack of a better description].
But is it chakras?
If you wanna call it that.
And maybe relocate them by a few inches here and there.
