This can’t possibly be more distorted than what American children regularly receive as part of our patriotic education.
At least this has historical foundations. A lot of the crap in US history textbooks is just passed down from the last generation of textbook.

But I’ve never heard a cohesive history of America as told from a black American perspective. I only heard the standard white history. So, this will be interesting.
