Too much fruit can raise your blood sugar levels and, if your family is prone, lead to type II diabetes.
But the fiber in the fruit helps push other food out so you don’t get as fat.
But if you drink a lot of fruit JUICE, like apple juice, you’ll get fat.
I wasn’t insulted by it. As a ‘white person’, I have pinkish hued skin and Americans are known worldwide for having an obesity problem and also serve very large meals. We’re also the home of many fast food restaurants which aren’t necessarily the healthiest.
So, I wasn’t at all offended by it. If it was intended to be, it failed on me.
