But here’s the interesting thing about tonights debate: It was NORMAL. _This_ is what a normal political debate looks like

Pence couldn’t answer any of Kaine’s questions about defending Trump. But I think Pence is looking to run for election in 2020, so he was using his radio talk show personality to not seem ruffled.

Ultimately, they didn’t really talk to each other but rather were talking to their parties. I noticed that Pence created some new Trump polities along the way – stuff Trump never said. Maybe Trump will adopt some of the new ideas that Pence brought up? Time will tell.

Still, it was funny to see Kaine interrupting almost in a Trump-like way. Maybe he’s showing everybody how ridiculous interrupting is, taking the fall to ultimately make Trump look bad too for when he does it?

===

It did. I think he was mocking Trump.

===

Also, people have said for years “Kaine is boring”. Well after tonight, he’s no longer boring at least.

===

Kaine’s Mr. Nice Guy. I suspect it’s as rabid as he’s capable of.

===

But here’s the interesting thing about tonights debate:

It was NORMAL. _This_ is what a normal political debate looks like. This is how EVERY political debate normally looks like. I haven’t seen that in a while.

===

I suspect the congress, which doesn’t seem to care for Trump all that much, will probably find some excuse to impeach him within the first six months or so. Then it’ll be President Pence.

He’s ready though: Those years of being an unflappable radio talk show personality will come in handy before many future camera appearances

===

Then again, same could be said for Clinton. Considering Congress’s recent Veto of a Veto then next day turnaround, I’d expect something similar with whoever gets the Presidency.

So: President Pence or President Kaine it’ll probably be.
