But doing a LP channel or streams wasn’t for me. Takes a different kind of dedication. Too ADHD for that.

I just ran the server for him mostly, although it was called “Ken’s Server”. Tech guy here. They called me ServerGod. Some track me down and  me to start the server again, even though its been off since 9/2014. Feel kinda bad but it was killing my laptop. I never got great at Minecraft myself, although I built a few things and did a few adventure maps with him on the LAN and made a few videos.

Running that server etched a physical bad track on my laptop. I’m still on that old laptop now. It showed up as random lines running through people’s plots, straight through the world. It was bizarre. Took me a while to figure out the problem.

But the worlds grew too big to move, So I had to freeze it all, not touch that folder, shut down server.

Felt bad for my and the users (got up over 27000 players in the 25 months straight I ran it – had a nice website for it and everything). But without it running, I could finally watch Youtube again. [it really took up ALL of my memory].

32 max and it was often full day and night. I set it up as mostly creative. People would be on for hours, doing whatever. I only ever saw a little bit myself. I made everything too big, too open, too much space. I didn’t know my laptop was too weak or my wifi too slow. I just did it, plunged ahead.

It got 57 diamonds on planet minecraft too which I think means something. It’s still there and yeah, I’m proud of that project.

I go overboard on projects I think. I don’t really think ahead.
