This is something we already do all of the time and really isn’t anything new.

Many clubs or democratic schools (sudbury etc) and nonprofits and churches are decentralized while also coming together in conferences etc

For example, growing up Methodist the “ecumenical council” was a pretty big deal.

You see it’s not about governments per se..

It’s about an attitude towards your fellow man and how much autonomy you expect out of them and how much you expect out of yourself and what kind of togetherness you expect from them in which contexts Etc
