biofeedback helped me with “Generalized Anxiety Disorder” as a boy in the early 1980s. I still use the techniques I learned and expanded upon them. Controlling a computer with my feelings was probably the most fun of it. I don’t know what Mightier is but if it’s from the same family of techniques I learned with a psychiatrist? It’s good.
