Yup. They’re spitting out good looking crap. People expect more, pay more, get less.
More kids/teens/adults are programming for themselves now, and grassroots gamng is skyrocketing.
Within 10 years will people be looking at gaming companies for da games? Not as much. Just look at music!
Just as much indie music is enjoyed as it big name promoted music. The power is slipping out of the hands of the gaming companies and they don’t even see it happening. They’re not paying attention to the players and they don’t consider indie game creators a serious threat. They’re too comfortable. Shame. Their wakeup call will be interesting.
